| OK sound for 1929. Beautifully played. I prefer the brighter clearer sound of the flute on GS although the sound on the Naxos is also good. Two different takes on Naxos for this date. I have not checked to see which take was used on GS although initial listening is that the first issued alternate take was used. The sound quality is the same for both takes on Naxos. |
